Registration

To submit an application you have to first register and create a profile in the online application platform. When creating the profile, please check the box Technology Provider. The lead Applicant should register on behalf of all project members. If you have applied to previous ADB challenges you can sign-in with your previous log-in details. 

Application forms

All applications should be submitted online. When logged into the application system click the blue participate button on the right-hand corner and you will be able to access and fill out the EOI participation form.  

• EOI form

The EOI application form can be viewed here. Please note this is just an example of the EOI form and the form is to be filled out and submitted via the online application system.  

• Detailed proposal form  

In the detailed proposal submission phase (for those shortlisted after EOI submissions), the Applicants will be requested to provide a more detailed description of the technology solution, pilot project, partner or supplier details, implementation arrangements, scaling-up potential, risks etc. Applicants will also be requested to develop a detailed budget, implementation plan, and a project risk matrix.  

• Read the TIC Rules carefully. 
  
• Check that you have responded to all the questions in the participation form.  
• Make sure all attachments are attached in the appropriate format.  
• Do a final language and grammar check.  
• Make sure you have stayed within the word limits.  
• You can re-open, fill out, and revise the application form as many times as you want before submitting it.  
• Make sure you submit your application well ahead of the deadline to avoid possible technical issues during submission. 
• Submit your application by clicking on the green Submit button at the bottom of the form.
  
• If you have a question, please check the Q&A section first. If you cannot find an answer to your question there, please submit a question by sending a message via the online system or send an email to HLTgrants@adb.org. Since all questions will be published in the Q&A section, please do not share any confidential information or information which could indicate your identity in your question.
