The Asian Development Bank's Technology Innovation Challenge (TIC) is back, and we're looking for the innovators ready to step up.
TIC funds proof-of-concept projects that put innovative technologies to the test in real communities across Asia and the Pacific. Not in a lab. Not in a slide deck. In the field, where it counts. The goal is simple: generate the evidence that governments and technology providers need to make confident decisions about scaling innovative solutions across the region.
We want to hear from technology providers who have a technology solution that works and are ready to test it in a new market.

What we're looking for:
A technology solution that's ready, a team that's committed, a genuine drive to expand into new markets and build local partnerships, and a minimum 10% co-financing contribution to the project.
Is TIC right for you?
Think you might be a fit? Eligible applicants must meet all of the following criteria.
Co-financing
Cover at least 10% of total project cost, contributed in cash or in-kind.
Registration
Legally incorporated or registered in an ADB member country at time of concept note submission.
Entity Type
For-profit, non-profit, civil society organisation, research institution, or legally autonomous government-owned enterprise.
IP Rights
Hold intellectual property rights to the technology — through ownership or a valid license.
Local Linkages
Established ties to a local partner and/or demonstrated understanding of the local operating environment.
