Brief Background
The Reserve Bank of India, supported by National Payments Corporation, is hosting their hackathon – HARBINGER 2023, for the second year on APIX. The hackathon invites your innovative ideas for four problem statements aimed at financial services for differently abled, offline Central Bank Digital Currencies, RegTech solutions, and scalability of blockchains.
