The COVID-19 pandemic has made it clear that businesses must continue to innovate their operations to become more agile in the face of crises. As the traditional office space has largely transformed from a physical to a digital domain, it is vital for ADB to develop its online networks and communities in order to continue responding to project, initiative, and operational needs effectively in a timely manner. 

 

A collaborative employee network will help ADB efficiently leverage its employees’ capabilities, knowledge, and expertise to drive success across its numerous functional, hierarchical, geographical, and operational units. ADB’s existing employee directory ("People Finder") provides departmental listings and basic data such as name, position, and contact information. There are other platforms like MyCareer, Career and Employment System (ACES), Consultancy Management System (CMS) and Yammer which contain different sets of information, and used for different purposes. 

If these directories can be digitally enhanced or integrated to include employee experiences, expertise, past projects, and interests, we believe departments will be better equipped, to implement projects and initiatives, with the ability to quickly identify relevant experts in the organization and draw upon their knowledge and experiences to solve problems

 

Your mission is to find a digital solution that records comprehensive data (knowledge, expertise, experiences, interests, etc.) on ADB’s employees and contains tools to easily identify expertise within the bank and interact with each other that can enable effective collaboration between different departments or initiatives.

It can be an improvement of existing platform or development of a new platform with integration to the ADB systems.
