SELECTION CRITERIA
The projects will be assessed following the criteria below:

Technology (30%) - The extent to which the solution is easy to use and intuitive as well as how well it solves the problem statement using an innovative approach coupled with great design. Ability to support FIs in setting up/collecting sex-disaggregated data. The solution/workaround to the challenge of women's lack of mobile phone/device ownership in Pakistan when collecting data. How can they support FIs in the digital education of customers? Related to this how are they addressing data integrity for self-reported data?

Impact & Results (30%) - The extent to which the technology solution can contribute to improving FIs’ credit scoring of WSMEs using alternative data points and increasing their access to finance in Pakistan. Where has the company done this and how has it impacted the ability of the FI to lend more to underserved segments? It doesn't have to be WMSMEs, it could also be underserved sectors such as agriculture.

Presentation (20%) - Is the presentation comprehensive? Does the presentation explain how they are solving the problem, challenges, and ability to be deployed and create impact? Would this team be an ideal partner for ADB? Does the presentation demonstrate the team’s ability to think from a female end-user perspective?

Budget and Scope of Work (20%) - The viability and feasibility of the technological solution from a technical, economic, and social context to be scaled-up. The extent to which the proposed budget is realistic, within scope, and accounts for unknown challenges. The feasibility to implement the solution at scale.
