Brief Background

Calling all Startups,SMEs and Social Enterprises with innovative solutions for the Water and Solid Waste sectors in Latin America and the Caribean! We're excited to announce the second AQUACERTA challenge by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and IDB Lab in collaboration with the IDB's Water and Sanitation Division and Source of Innovation partners.

Propose your innovative solution for conserving, restoring and enhancing water and sanitation services. Priority areas include energy efficiency, non-revenue water, water quality, system management and environmental sustainability.

Unlock recoverable funding ranging from $300,000 to $500,000, to bring your innovative project to life.
